Greek Salad Recipe
With fresh, crispy vegetables, it is no surprise that the Greek Salad is one of the most famous in the world.

Serves 4
Ingredients
8 large tomatoes
1 large cucumber
20 Greek Kalamata black olives
1 red onion
170 gr feta
1 green bell pepper
10 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons dry oregano
Salt
Instructions
Wash the tomatoes and the bell pepper.
Get a large salad bowl.
Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
Peel the cucumber. Then slice into 1 cm thick pieces.
Cut the bell pepper in half, clean out the seeds, and then thinly slice bell pepper.
Cut the red onion in half, clean off the outside skin, then slice red onion thinly.
Toss together tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper and red onion in the bowl.
Add olives on top.
Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Add salt to taste.
Place a piece of feta on top and sprinkle entire salad with oregano.
